It is getting hotter outside so we are moving our class times to 8:30am effective Monday April 28th.

Queen Creek
Desert Mtn Park: M, W, F 8:30am

Circle Cross Ranch: T, Th, Sat 8:30am

Mesa
Superstition Springs: M, W, F 8:45am (this location is staying the same).

Gilbert Gateway: T & Th 8:30 am

Superstition Springs Mall

Come enjoy our newest location at the Superstition Springs Mall (off of Power and the US60)! Class starts at 8:45am at the amphitheater over in front of Borders. Kara will take you through a fun and challenging workout to get you in shape for summer. Classes are M, W, F at this location.
