December Raffle!

I know it is hard to stay motivated and make it to class during the busy holiday season, so I'm going to help motivate you!

For every class that you attend during December, you will receive one (1) raffle ticket. For every class that you attend during the week of Christmas and New Years, you will receive two (2) raffle tickets. At the end of the month, we will have a drawing for some great prizes! Increase your chances of winning and come to as many classes as possible!

First prize is a free month of Stroller Strides, Second prize is a BOB Stroller Fitness kit, and Third prize is a Stroller Strides sweatshirt. We may have more prizes too, so make sure you get lots of tickets!

Selling Tubes

In an effort to prevent the spreading of germs as flu season approaches, I am going to start requiring that all moms bring their own tubes to class starting January 2008. As of today, my instructors and I will be selling our current tubes which are slightly used for $5 per set. A set will include one green and one red tube. This is a great deal, plus you are ensuring that minimal germs will be spread during flu season. Thanks!

Fit To Deliver - Coming Soon!

That's right, I'm proud to say that I have passed the Fit To Deliver exam and am a certified prenatal fitness expert. I will begin offering a Fit To Deliver prenatal class after the first of the year - so be sure to spread the word to your pregnant mommies! This is the perfect way for pregnant moms to begin or maintain an exercise program. The benefits of exercise during pregnancy are enormous, and I can't wait to offer this to pregnant moms in Queen Creek & Mesa. Lots more details to come, so check back often!
